We currently have 2 variations; White Prawn Crackers and Coloured Prawn Crackers.
Instruction/Directions:
1. Heat oil to 160°-180°C
2. Remove from oil when the cracker swells up and turns into light glazed colour
3. Serve and enjoy or store in an airtight container
